When you book a meeting, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and any notes you provide. We also access Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendar data to check availability and create calendar events.

• To schedule and manage meeting bookings
• To send confirmation and reminder emails
• To create calendar events with video conferencing links

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate this application:

• Google Calendar API — for availability and meeting creation
• Microsoft Graph API — for Outlook calendar integration
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Vercel — for hosting
• Resend — for transactional emails

5. Data Retention

Booking data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the meeting purpose. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

This application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
